Wordle Bulletin # 608 (February 17, 2023) –“1-2-3 and done!”

Announcement
I have decided to create a post for my strategy, statistical facts and 3-word triads (seed, 2nd and 3rd).  This will eliminate the repetition of the same information every day and, therefore, streamline the daily bulletin posting.

I will include the link to the new posting in the daily bulletin for interested members to easily refer to that posting.

If you have any comments, positive as well as negative, please don’t hesitate to share with me.
Thank you for your understanding.

Today’s Wordle:
Target Word: CACHE
# Of Guesses: 3.9 WordleBot average per Marc McLaren*, 3 for WordleGuru. 😊

Typical or atypical target word? — Typical, since it contains 2 vowels (A and E) and 1 compound consonant (CH)

Seed Word: ALERT –my “go-to” seed word.
What we learned from the Seed Word: The target word contains 2 vowels – A and E, but we don’t know their positions.

2nd word: CHINS;
Since the seed word revealed 2 vowels, we can use a word with only 1 vowel and 4 high frequency consonants. Today was a lucky day.  Only one possible 3rd word – CACHE.😊

Final thoughts: Wordle is a game of luck and skill.   Sometimes luck favors the game and sometimes it favors the player.  Luck was in my corner today.
